Review Automation

A thoughtful request after the work.

Connect completed service work to a consistent, permission-aware review request. Make eligibility, message timing and follow-up visible to your team while keeping the customer's choice intact.

Illustrative use case · sample data

Eligibility before an invitation.

A fictional service visit can prepare an unsent request only when completion and channel permission are present. A prior invitation or response changes the route. Adjust the sample record to inspect how the workflow avoids duplicate messages; no review is posted or requested from a real customer.

What it does

A review request is part of the customer experience. We define the completed-work trigger, the eligible contact and the destination, then prevent duplicate invitations and inappropriate follow-up. The workflow should apply the same agreed rules without filtering customers by a predicted rating.

An observable trigger

A completed job or agreed milestone supplies the context. An open task or incomplete service should not silently trigger an invitation.

Permission and duplicate handling

Channel eligibility, contact preferences, previously recorded invitations and responses determine the next action.

Messages worth receiving

An approved request and limited follow-up, with a clear stop condition and a human owner for unusual cases.

What you receive

A scoped, usable handover.

  • Completed-work and eligibility specification
  • Review destination and channel mappings
  • Approved invitation and follow-up wording
  • Duplicate, response and opt-out handling
  • Sample scenarios and operating handover

How we work

From a clear job to a checked result.

  1. 01

    Define eligibility

Choose the genuine completion event and contact criteria. Apply the policy consistently to the agreed eligible audience.

  2. 02

    Prepare the request

Confirm the destination, messaging channel and wording with the team. Explain what is being requested without pressure or an outcome promise.

  3. 03

    Connect the records

Associate the completed work with the customer and keep invitation/response state where the chosen systems support it.

  4. 04

    Test the stop conditions

Check incomplete work, missing permission, prior invitations and a recorded response before enabling any live delivery.

Project & procurement discussion

Start with the work that needs to happen.

Share the requirements, systems and constraints. We can discuss a defined scope, the evidence needed for acceptance and the responsibilities after handover.
