How Omni Pro Network collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information from the website, forms, and SMS communications.

Effective / Last updated: October 11, 2026

1. Scope and Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Omni Pro Network (“Omni Pro Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit https://omnipronetwork.com, submit a form, book an appointment, communicate with us, receive services, or otherwise interact with us.

This Policy applies to our website and business communications. A separate written agreement may apply to a client engagement and will control if it expressly conflicts with this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly may include your name, business name, job title, email address, phone number, mailing address, service interests, appointment details, project information, communications, files, payment-related details processed by payment providers, and any other information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically may include IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, dates and times of visits, form activity, cookie or similar technology data, and website performance information.

Information from business interactions may include call records, text-message records, email correspondence, meeting notes, proposals, support requests, project activity, and customer relationship management records. Calls may be recorded only when appropriate notice or consent is provided and applicable law permits.

We may receive information from service providers and business tools used to operate our website and services, such as hosting providers, customer relationship management platforms, scheduling providers, communications providers, analytics providers, payment processors, and social media platforms.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries; provide consultations, audits, proposals, websites, automation, marketing, CRM, and related services; schedule appointments; communicate about projects; provide customer support; process payments; maintain business records; secure and improve our website and systems; measure website performance; comply with legal obligations; prevent fraud or misuse; and protect our rights and the rights of others.

With appropriate consent, we may use contact information to send marketing communications, educational content, service announcements, promotional offers, and event information. You may unsubscribe from email marketing through the link in the message and may opt out of text messages as described below.

4. Text Messaging and Mobile Information

We send text messages only for the purposes and through the consent methods described at the point of opt-in. Messages may include inquiry responses, appointment reminders, audit or proposal updates, project and account notices, customer support, service updates, and—when separately selected—marketing or promotional messages.

No mobile information, including text-message opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers and subcontractors may process information only as needed to support our communications or customer service on our behalf. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other disclosures and will not be transferred to third parties for unrelated purposes.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent to marketing text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. See also our SMS Messaging Terms.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the website operating, remember preferences, understand website usage, improve performance, measure marketing effectiveness, and help secure our systems. Some technologies are provided by third-party service providers.

Feedback button. Pages on this website show a “Feedback” button provided by Votel, our customer-communication provider. To display it, your browser connects to Votel (app.votel.ai) and keeps a random visitor identifier in local storage. While a page is open, the button periodically sends Votel that identifier, the page address and title, the referring page and your device type (desktop, tablet or mobile), so our team can see that someone is on the site. If you send feedback, your rating, comments and any file you attach are shared with Votel and with us. Microphone, camera and screen-sharing access are switched off on this website.

You can adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional choices concerning non-essential cookies or targeted advertising technologies. See our Cookie Notice.

6. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, cloud storage, CRM, scheduling, email delivery, telephone and text communications, analytics, payment processing, security, professional services, and technical support. These parties are expected to use information only for authorized purposes and to protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, court order, or governmental request; to investigate or prevent fraud, security incidents, or unlawful activity; to enforce agreements; to protect rights, safety, and property; or in connection with a business reorganization, financing, merger, or transfer, subject to applicable legal requirements.

The mobile-information restrictions in Section 4 continue to apply regardless of any other disclosure described in this Policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and consent records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud or misuse. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the relationship, and applicable requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should not submit Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, health information, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms, chat tools, or ordinary email unless we specifically provide an approved secure method.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may ask to access, correct, update, or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing, by contacting us. We will evaluate and respond to requests as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link. For text messages, reply STOP. You may also contact us directly to update communication preferences. Transactional or service-related communications may continue when necessary to complete a requested service or satisfy legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may link to third-party websites or use third-party platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information.

11. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools

We may use AI-enabled tools to assist with customer support, content creation, analysis, workflow automation, and service delivery. AI-generated outputs may be reviewed or modified by people, but errors can occur. Do not provide confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information through public AI chat features or general forms unless expressly instructed to use a secure channel.

12. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

13. International Visitors

Our operations are based in the United States. If you access the website from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ. We will handle information according to this Policy and applicable law.

14. Changes to This Policy
