Opportunity contact

Start with the scope.

Email an approved project summary or a public opportunity link. Please do not send passwords, sensitive records or restricted material by email.

Our approach

Make the requirements reviewable.

Send the procurement requirements relevant to the opportunity, including required vendor documentation, evaluation criteria and submission dates. We can also discuss a defined subcontracting scope with a prime contractor. Participation depends on project fit and the applicable requirements.

01

Scope & responsibilities

Define users, deliverables, exclusions, dependencies and the responsibilities of Omni, the customer, hosting providers and other vendors.

02

Existing IT & data boundaries

Assess hosting, access, integration, accessibility, security and data requirements against the proposed scope. Identify gaps and required evidence before making commitments.

03

Testing & acceptance

Agree acceptance criteria and the designated approver. Document test results, issue resolution, any exceptions and the authorization required for release.

04

Documentation & handover

Specify source and configuration handover, operating guidance, walkthroughs, access ownership and the materials required for the receiving team.

05

Support & change control

Agree support hours, escalation paths, response expectations and maintenance responsibilities. Changes to scope, cost or schedule require documented approval.

Useful first materials

A focused starting package.

A public solicitation link or approved summary is enough to open the discussion.

  • Requirements and expected deliverables
  • Existing systems and authorized project contacts
  • Evaluation criteria and required vendor documentation
  • Submission dates, milestones and acceptance process
  • Hosting, accessibility, security and data requirements
  • Support coverage and proposed contracting structure

Project & procurement discussion

Start with the work that needs to happen.

Share the requirements, systems and constraints. We can discuss a defined scope, the evidence needed for acceptance and the responsibilities after handover.

  1. 01Requirements

Tell us about your goals, current systems and constraints.

  2. 02Scope Review

We'll discuss options, timelines and the applicable requirements.

  3. 03Delivery Plan

A delivery plan follows only when the scope, evidence and responsibilities are clear.

From requirements, to a clear plan.

Technical and procurement aligned.
