Delivery approach

A working system needs a clear handover.

Our proposed delivery model connects requirements, engineering decisions, acceptance and ongoing responsibility. The artifacts and review points are tailored to each engagement.

01

Scope and acceptance plan

Discover & define

Map users, existing systems, constraints and data owners. Agree deliverables, dependencies, exclusions and the evidence required for acceptance.

02

Architecture and interface contracts

Design the handoffs

Describe the data model, permissions, event behavior and exception paths. Resolve provider access and integration feasibility before committing to a connection.

03

Reviewable increments

Build & demonstrate

Implement in an agreed development environment. Review working increments against the requirements and record decisions as the scope evolves.

04

Test evidence and issue register

Test & accept

Check normal, failure and repeated flows. Review accessibility, data reconciliation and recovery relevant to the scope. Record open issues and obtain the designated approver’s acceptance.

05

Operating guide and responsibility matrix

Handover & support

Transfer agreed source, configuration notes and operating instructions. Define ownership, support coverage, escalation, maintenance windows and the process for future changes.

Keep decisions traceable

Changes deserve their own agreement.

When requirements change, record the request, impact, revised acceptance and the person authorized to approve it. Agree effects on scope, cost and schedule before implementation.

A useful handover includes

  • Agreed source, configuration and deployment notes
  • Operating guide, ownership and access responsibilities
  • Test evidence, known limitations and recovery steps
  • Walkthroughs and support/escalation contacts
  • Maintenance coverage and future change process

The delivery journey / interactive concept

From idea to implementation.

This is a sequence of review decisions. Duration, dependencies and release dates are agreed in the project scope.

Project & procurement discussion

Start with the work that needs to happen.

Share the requirements, systems and constraints. We can discuss a defined scope, the evidence needed for acceptance and the responsibilities after handover.

  1. 01Requirements

Tell us about your goals, current systems and constraints.

  2. 02Scope Review

We'll discuss options, timelines and the applicable requirements.

  3. 03Delivery Plan

A delivery plan follows only when the scope, evidence and responsibilities are clear.

From requirements, to a clear plan.

Technical and procurement aligned.

Example project briefv1.0

Goals

  • Modernize core systems
  • Improve operational efficiency
  • Keep security and scale in the agreed scope

Scope

  • Systems and integrations
  • Key requirements
  • Constraints and dependencies

Timeline

  • Target milestones
  • Procurement path (RFP, vendor, etc.)

Sample points. Not a client project.

From requirements to execution.
One clear direction.
