A useful first step

Before we connect.

Do I need to know exactly what to build?

A concrete description of the friction is enough to start. Discovery helps identify the workflow, constraints and useful first scope.

Can the work connect to tools we already use?

That is part of the discovery. API access, permissions, provider support and licensing must be checked before a connection is included in the scope.

How are scope and pricing established?

Pricing depends on your requirements, integrations and support needs, so we don’t publish fixed packages. After an initial discussion you receive a proposed scope and estimate.

Project & procurement discussion

Start with the work that needs to happen.

Share the requirements, systems and constraints. We can discuss a defined scope, the evidence needed for acceptance and the responsibilities after handover.

  1. 01Requirements

Tell us about your goals, current systems and constraints.

  2. 02Scope Review

We'll discuss options, timelines and the applicable requirements.

  3. 03Delivery Plan

A delivery plan follows only when the scope, evidence and responsibilities are clear.

From requirements, to a clear plan.

Technical and procurement aligned.
